Our approach

We aim to make the website usable with a keyboard, at narrow widths and with readable text. The site includes a skip link, labelled forms, visible focus styles, reduced-motion support and English and Spanish pages. Optional analytics are not needed to read the website.

Current limits

This is a pre-release website. We have not completed a formal accessibility assessment and do not claim full WCAG conformance. The exported ordering app, embedded demo, third-party payment and map features, and any downloadable documents need separate testing. Some illustrative app screens are images; nearby text explains their purpose.

Report a barrier

If you cannot use a page or control, contact vertyflyte@outlook.com or Support. Describe the page and the difficulty, and the browser or assistive technology if you wish. Do not include private account or payment information. You can request the information in another accessible format.

Before release

Accessibility checks and applicable Spanish service obligations must be confirmed for the actual launch. This page records our current approach and limitations; it is not a certification or an exemption claim.
