One delivery

Start to finish, one tap at a time.

The app moves the delivery forward one verified step at a time. The store, the customer and VFlyte Tower see the same status the moment you tap.

  1. 1Go online

One switch. Your location updates every few seconds while you're online — never when you're off.

  2. 2Get an offer

Nearest available rider first. Pay, trip distance, pickup and drop-off area, 30 seconds to decide. Declining never counts against you.

  3. 3Collect with a code

Navigate to the store. Within 150 m the app reveals your six-digit pickup code; the store enters it and the order is yours.

  4. 4Deliver with a PIN

The exact address unlocks after you accept. At the door the customer gives a six-digit PIN — or you take a photo, or leave it contactless where allowed.

  5. 5See what you earned

Base, distance and cash-handling lines appear straight away. Every delivery lands in your daily statement.

Earnings

Every euro, itemised.

The earnings screen illustrates how an offer can show its payment breakdown. Rates, working time, expenses, deductions and payment timing depend on the legally reviewed engagement arrangement supplied before onboarding. The amounts below are fictional examples.

  • Payment informationPayment arrangements, timing and any deductions are confirmed in the agreement supplied before onboarding. The screens here are illustrative.
  • Cash recordsThe preview shows collected cash separately from earnings. Reconciliation and responsibility for cash must be explained in the confirmed agreement.
  • Statements you can checkDaily statements, payout references and a "question about your pay?" line straight to Tower.

Rates are set by VertyFlyte operations for each city and shown in the app before you accept any offer.

Your vehicle

Bring what you ride.

Your vehicle decides which documents we need and how far offers reach. Everything is photographed in the app and reviewed by Tower — no office visit.

In the app

Built for the road, not the office.

  • Turn-by-turn navigationMap, route and one-tap "Navigate" for each leg; call the store or the customer from the same screen.
  • Addresses protectedYou see the drop-off area before accepting and the exact address only after. Customers see your first name and photo, not your number.
  • Works through signal gapsArrivals and completions are saved on the phone and sent when you're back online, so a tunnel never costs you a delivery.
  • Tower on the lineChat with VFlyte Tower about a delivery, a document or your pay, and report an issue mid-delivery with one tap.
  • Cash on delivery, sortedThe exact amount to collect is on screen; confirming it updates your ledger. Tower reconciles, you don't.
  • Your language, your unitsSpanish, English, French, German, Dutch and Chinese; kilometres or miles; light on battery.

Before you apply

What you need.

  • 18 or older
  • Eligibility to work in Spain under the engagement arrangement confirmed during onboarding
  • A smartphone — Android or iPhone — with location on
  • Your own bicycle, e-bike, scooter, motorbike or car
  • A bank account, if required by the confirmed payment arrangement
What is the engagement arrangement?

The legal engagement model, working conditions and payment terms will be provided before onboarding. Registration of interest does not create an employment or service agreement. Spain's rules for platform delivery must be reviewed for the actual arrangement.

What if I decline an offer?

Nothing happens. You pick a reason so Tower can tune offers; it doesn't affect your standing. Offers you miss simply go to the next rider.

How is my location used?

Only while you're online, to match you with nearby orders and to show customers an approximate position during a delivery. Nothing is tracked when you're offline.

When does the app launch?

VFlyte Rider launches with VFlyte Go in the first city. Apply now and we'll invite you to finish onboarding in the app — documents, terms and a short briefing — before the first orders.
