For businesses
VFlyte VendorExplore the merchant app behind VFlyte Go: receive orders, prepare them and manage handoff to a rider or customer. We are preparing a Spain-first launch. Available categories, product restrictions and participation terms will be confirmed before onboarding; drone delivery requires a separately authorised launch.
How an order runs
Every order arrives with its items, the customer's chosen fulfilment method and a preparation deadline. The primary button always advances the order by exactly one stage, and the customer's app updates the moment you tap.
A paid VFlyte Go order lands in the inbox with a deadline. Accept it — the customer sees Order confirmed — or reject it with a reason and the payment is refunded automatically.
The countdown runs against your preparation time. If a deadline slips, the app flags it so you can update the customer or report an issue to VFlyte Tower.
Ready for rider, ready for collection, or — when drones launch in your area — package ready for drone. Riders and customers are notified instantly.
Collections are confirmed with the customer's six-digit handoff code; drone pickups use a pickup code at the verified pickup point. Delivered orders flow straight into your daily report.
Everything the app does
A landscape tablet layout with a sidebar and split views; on a phone the same screens stack into tabs. Everything syncs live with VertyFlyte, so customers in VFlyte Go and the operations team see the same order.
Split view: queue on the left, detail on the right. Search recent orders, filter by fulfilment, see customer notes, allergens and the destination, and export a receipt.
Today's activity by the hour — orders received, deliveries completed, paid sales — plus your settlement position: receivable, pending payout and refunds.
Price, description, image, prep time, stock and availability, weight and dimensions, allergens, fragile and age-restricted flags. Drag to arrange your catalogue.
New products go to VFlyte Tower for a safety review; approved items appear in VFlyte Go. You keep daily control of stock and availability without re-approval.
A weekly schedule in your business timezone, plus one-off closures for holidays. Customers can browse while you're closed and schedule within opening hours.
Choose what customers see at checkout: rider delivery, store collection and — soon — drone delivery. Cash on delivery for rider orders and card or cash at the counter for collections.
A verified pickup point on the map, pickup and packaging instructions, and a pickup point confirmed by VertyFlyte operations. Confirm the package ready, report a drone that hasn't arrived — all from the same screen.
X-report during the day, Z-report to close it, daily closing, product sales and a searchable order history — with CSV and HTML downloads and per-order receipts.
Preview transactions, settlement status and payout records. The payment flow, applicable fees, refund handling and payout schedule are confirmed in the agreement before onboarding.
Two roles: Vendor Owner and Vendor Staff. Owners choose exactly which actions staff can take — accept, reject, mark ready, change availability — and scope them to branches.
Customer conversations about their orders and a direct line to VFlyte Tower, unread and urgent first. Ratings from completed orders appear with the customer's comment.
Multi-factor authentication, recovery codes, device and session management, and in-app updates so every tablet stays current without a store visit.
Joining
Access is approved by VertyFlyte operations — there is no self-serve sign-up. That keeps the marketplace curated and every provider's pickup point verified before an order can be placed.
Business name and address, a contact email and phone, the category you trade in, and — later — product details such as weight, size and allergens so orders can be routed safely.
Plans are set by VertyFlyte operations. The Standard plan has no monthly fee and a commission on each paid order; optional add-ons are available. Exact terms are confirmed during onboarding.
Designed for a landscape Android tablet at the counter; the same app has a phone layout for owners on the move. iPad support is planned.
No. The Spain-first launch is being prepared around local delivery and collection where available. Drone delivery is not live and requires separate authorisations and operational checks. Registering interest does not confirm launch coverage or product eligibility.
The proposed workflow uses Stripe and settlement reports. The contracting parties, payment responsibilities, fees, cash reconciliation and payout timing must be confirmed before onboarding. Illustrative amounts do not establish a payment entitlement or schedule.
Yes. Vendor Staff accounts only see what the owner enables — typically the order inbox, preparation and availability. Finance, reports, staff management and billing stay with the Vendor Owner.
Set an operating schedule and closures in Profile; customers see accurate availability and can schedule within your hours. Orders you can't fulfil can be rejected with a reason and are refunded automatically.
The preview covers Restaurant, Groceries, Shops, Pharmacy & Beauty, Package Delivery, Medical and Urgent. Actual eligibility depends on the provider, products, authorisations and launch area. These labels and preview handoff controls do not establish permission to sell medicines through the platform.
Not publicly yet. Register your interest and we can walk you through the tablet app on a call before you commit to anything.
