Pre-release legal draft. Business arrangements and these documents require review before public launch. This draft does not confirm live service availability.
1. The platform and the seller
VFlyte Go is provided by VertyFlyte Technology, S.L.. See our legal notice for company information and contact details. Local providers prepare or supply the products shown in the app. The identity of the seller, its business status and the division of responsibilities for the product, delivery and support must be available before you enter a contract. These documents do not remove responsibilities imposed by law on a seller or the platform.
We are preparing an initial launch in Spain. A demo shop, map, price or delivery estimate is fictional preview content and does not confirm an available service. Drone delivery is not available; any future launch depends on the required authorisations and operational checks.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 to create an ordering account. Use accurate contact details, verify your email and keep your sign-in credentials private. Contact support if you suspect unauthorised access. You can review your account information and request deletion; a request is reviewed for identity, outstanding transactions and lawful retention exceptions.
3. Orders, prices and payment
Before paying, review the seller, products, quantities, delivery or collection method, address, total price, applicable taxes, separately disclosed fees and any restrictions. Prices are expressed in EUR. Optional services must be selected knowingly; statutory rights do not depend on buying order protection. The final action must clearly indicate an obligation to pay, and you must receive confirmation on a durable medium.
Online card payments are processed by Stripe. VertyFlyte may receive payment references, status and limited card information such as brand and last four digits; it does not receive your full card number. Other payment methods are available only where expressly offered. Order acceptance and any declined-order payment handling follow the conditions shown for the actual order, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
4. Delivery and collection
Delivery estimates are indicative and depend on preparation, service coverage and current conditions. Check your address and handoff instructions carefully and contact support promptly if they are wrong. Recipient codes or identity checks may apply where lawfully required. An incorrect address does not automatically waive any right or responsibility imposed by law.
Priority delivery is not an emergency service or a guaranteed arrival time. Pharmacy, beauty and medical labels do not confirm that medicines are available through the platform. Medicines and other regulated products require a separately verified lawful supply model. Do not submit prescriptions, diagnoses or medical records in ordinary delivery notes or website forms.
5. Cancellation, withdrawal and remedies
Voluntary cancellation offered for an order is separate from the statutory right of withdrawal. Where that right applies, consumers generally have 14 calendar days to withdraw from a distance contract, with the start date determined by the type of contract. A provider beginning preparation does not remove that right for every kind of product.
Statutory exceptions can include rapidly perishable goods, clearly personalised goods, sealed health or hygiene goods unsealed after delivery, and certain dated catering or transport services. A service exception can depend on full performance and the required prior express consent and acknowledgement. The relevant exception and any lawful return costs must be disclosed for the actual purchase; it cannot be assumed from a category name.
To exercise an applicable withdrawal right, send a clear statement to the seller or our support contact, identifying the order and your contact details. You may use the model below, but its use is optional. Applicable reimbursement and return deadlines follow the law. Rights concerning goods that are faulty, incorrect, missing or not as described remain unaffected.
Optional withdrawal statement
To the seller or VertyFlyte support: I give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following goods or services. Include the order reference, order or receipt date, your name and address, and the date of your notice. Add a signature only when sending a paper notice.
For voluntary cancellation or an order problem, use the options shown with your order or contact support. Any lawful fees, exceptions and refund handling must be stated before purchase. This website does not create new refund deductions or change the platform's financial rules.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse accounts, submit fraudulent orders or use the service for prohibited products or unlawful activity. We may take proportionate steps to protect the service and affected people, subject to applicable law and any required notice or remedy.
7. Support and complaints
Contact Support or vertyflyte@outlook.com with the order reference and a description of the problem. Keep payment-card details, passwords and verification codes out of messages. The applicable seller, delivery and platform responsibilities must be explained for the actual order.
The EU online dispute resolution platform closed in July 2025. The European Commission maintains a directory of dispute resolution bodies. A link does not mean that VertyFlyte belongs to, or commits to, an alternative dispute resolution scheme; any applicable participation will be confirmed expressly.
8. Your legal protections and changes
Spanish law applies to the Spain launch, subject to mandatory consumer protections and applicable jurisdiction rules. These terms do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, or force consumers to give up access to a competent court.
Material updates will carry a new version and be communicated where required. Changes do not retroactively remove rights from an existing order. English and Spanish versions will be available; legal review must confirm that both describe the same rights and service conditions.
